This study aims to analyze the form and direction of internal supervision transformation in Brimob Regiment III Pasukan Pelopor following the August 2025 demonstrations, to identify the factors influencing the transformation, and to explain its contribution to the development of accountability and professional ethics among personnel. The focus of this research is based on the gap between normative supervision standards and operational practices in the field.
